I started my career as an Admissions Advisor 15 years ago. The most gratifying part of my role was watching my students reach the finish line, despite their fear and lack of confidence. I've lead various teams as an Admissions Director, then took on a Regional Position where I oversaw multiple campuses, training their Admissions Advisors and Leadership teams. I've increased enrollment and start rates by 20% through consistent training and motivation. Admissions leadership can be challenging, especially in times of uncertainty. I am passionate about inspiring Admissions Leaders and their Advisors, to look beyond the setbacks, discover their true potential and continue to grow their schools. It's not just about increasing enrollments. It's about turning those quality enrollments into starts who will graduate and pursue their goals.
